Active/Passive

Those of you willing to attend MEDICALIS 2012 can subscribe for active or passive participation.

• An active participant is the author or co-author of a scientific paper presented during the congress or those who are selected to participate in the Clinical Cases Section.
• A passive participant is a visitor of the congress who has no scientific paper to be presented.

Participants who subscribe as active and do not get selected after the evaluation of abstracts still have the opportunity to participate in our congress as passive.

Authors/Co-authors

Active participants are able to insert the names of other co-authors of their submitted abstract but, if accepted, the presentation should be held by authors only.

An active participant has the right to sustain a maximum of 2 presentations!

Personal account

While registering for the congress you will be asked for the data needed for creating your own account (ID and password). After registering you will be able to login to your private account, review your data, modify if necessary and even send in the abstract of another paper that you would like to present.

Participants are expected to submit abstracts of scientific papers completed through their own contribution.

Please do not submit abstracts of papers that you have previously sustained elsewhere, for this would seriously damage the image of your work.

To ensure objectivity, abstracts will be transfered for review to the committee of evaluation without names of authors and affiliations.
