Accomodation
Accomodation will be possible in the following:
Pensiunile Sarmi - str. Gh. Marinescu nr. 31-33
Pensiunea Paco – str. B.P. Hasdeu Nr. 55
The price is 50RON/night
Both accommodation facilities are located in walking distance from the congress activities.
ACCOMMODATION PRIORITY:
- For active participants:
Due to a limited number of accommodation places, from the participants who have requested accommodation, the ones who will attend the congress as active participants with accepted papers will have priority. From this category of participants, the first 24 (in order of application) will be granted free lodging in our university`s dormitories. The rest will be accommodated in the places enlisted above, where they will pay the discount price of 50RON/night.
- For passive participants:
If the number of accommodation places surpasses the number of active participants, the passive participants will receive accommodation as requested, from the places enlisted above, at the according discount prices.
